Fabrication

The fabrication plant is "where the rock meets the saw". Stunning slabs of stone are hoisted on to a large table and the templates are laid on top to begin laying out the project.

Careful attention is paid to color, movement, size, measurements and other details to ensure that the project flows smoothly. Within the fabrication process there are four stages: Saw, Edge, Profile and Polish.

• Saw is the preliminary cut of the stone into recognizable shapes.
• Edge is the profile grinding of your desired edge detail.
• Profile is where the seams and sinks are cut to fit.
• Polish is the final 'fit & finish' of each stone to be installed
